Heaving learnt a profession from the bottom up presents many advantages: one gets to know the working style of colleagues and employees, getting acquainted with the challenges and different cultural environments of the hospitality industry.
The multilingual Austrian chef Gerhard Berktold was born in 1974 and initiated his career in a well-known Relais & Chateau Hotel. The next steps took him upwards, working in the one Michelin star Hotel Alpenhof in Murnau, the two star Restaurant Tristan in Puerto Portals/Mallorca and as Executive Chef of the five star GL Mardavall Hotel & Spa.
His entrepreneurial thinking and future-oriented action motivated him to establish himself in 2007 as an independent professional and open up his own restaurant.
We also work with a wide network of professionals in different areas, which are executives or owners of hotels, hotel chains or related businesses in the sector.
